Following the initial launch, this multi-year project was focused on assessing the existing experience using analytics and focus group feedback. These insights informed the creation of new features, visual overhauls, as well as entirely new releases of the entire miCoach system. Throughout this time I was the creative lead, but also embedded into the UX team to work through various user flows, functionality, and functional specifications.

The web app is built upon a framework focusing in on Plan, Schedule, and Track, as these are the predominant activites of the miCoach ecosystem.
